"Don’t use Graysons"

Service provided is below expectations. Katie did not proof read her emails containing important information until we pointed out they didn’t make sense. Katie repeatedly chased documentation that we didn’t need legally and refused to provide advice on whether this information was pertinent to completion. This lead to the process being dragged out until the point where our sellers were potentially going to withdraw. We have now been in the house over 1 week and we don’t have any of the original certificates as Katie hasn’t arranged for these to be provided to ourselves despite saying they would be left in the property. She also informed us of the wrong energy supplier to the property which wasn’t helpful. My advice would be to not use Graysons as the service is substandard and unprofessional. You look to a solicitor for advice during a house sale and it just felt like Katie wasn’t the expert you would expect and was more interested in covering her own back so she can’t be held liable for anything if incorrect. This is the perception we had.
