not impressed so far, it all started so well. No idea what, if anything, is being done with my property purchase - asked for information, whether the urgent searches have been started yet - no reply. Was also charged nearly the total bill for an aborted purchase despite T&C saying would charge up to 50% - this was closer to 75% Doesn't bode well for the rest of the conveyancing! I know solicitors are all saying they are short-staffed but they charge enough that you'd expect to be kept updated and if they're already too busy, maybe turn the work down..

"Non standard property conveyance"

We used Graysons to carry out a somewhat complicated property transfer. This was due to original documents not being available. We were guided and advised in a way that made the complexities as simple as possible for a layman to understand and were kept informed at each step of the way. This included keeping fees as low as possible. It was also helpful to drop documents at the most convenient branch for us to get to even though the matter was dealt with by the main Sheffield branch. We always recieved prompt and friendly service whether by phone, email or in person. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
