Slow and frustrating process for a straightforward conveyancing matter. Approx 4 months for a no chain house purchase, in my opinion is too long.
The personnel I dealt with were pleasant and professional, on a plus note.

Instructed the conveyancing team for a matter. Have written to them twice early September and then again October . Absolutely bizarre that not one member of the team has been able to reply to the emails. Now find myself in the weird position of instructing someone else . They’ve literally just disappeared!
