Sales blurb said delivery free anywhere in Europe so i had my Fuze e-scooter delivered to Bari in S Italy. After some use i had a few problems of punctures but Jesse, Emmanuelle& Manzi were fantastic and sorted me out, Even to the extent of needing a new motor (free under the 2 yr guarantee) but i have no idea why it failed. A local shop (I'm Droid) in Bari fitted the new motor (must be about 10 connections of the cable) and i asked them to change the tyres to solid since i was fed up with the punctures. Otherwise am v happy with the scooter and impressed by Furo Systems after sales service. A real pleasure whenever i use it.

"Top bike"
I recently purchased one of the refurbished bikes on their site, on recommandations of a friend. I had many questions and concerns, as I wanted to ensure the bike would suit my needs, despite the fact that it is pre owned, and the customer service was simply great. Jess was prompt, always helpful and very patient with me. I was surprised to receive emails even after working hours mentioned on the website! The bike did arrive slightly later than expected, however it's a top bike and just what I wanted. It was a good bargain too!

Terrible service.
Bike arrived so damaged it was unrideable.
It was also more than 4 months late despite endless promises.
Numerous emails, never offered a refund.
'fixed' but still extensive damage.
Informed Manzi at furoSystems that I was not happy paying full price for a refurbished bike.
Side stepped the conversation for months despite chasing.
The worst company I've ever had to deal with.
Please don't part with your money.
Save it or spend it on someone who respects their customer.
It's been nearly 12months since I first purchased it and I still don't have the full product.
