I recently bought an mx5 from here and the customer service I received from Sam was impeccable. Despite the fact that my car I wanted to part exchange wasn’t something redgate would be interested in, he contacted neighbouring garages attempting to get me a deal, and was very supportive around my awkward work times in relation to collecting the car.
