I applied for a personal loan, they asked for LOADs of documents to support my case to the point I felt like criminal despite having a credit rating 5 of 5, then they performed a HARD search on my file, and then they rejected for no reason. In the UK decent providers never do that.

I was really impressed I did have a few technical issues but these were rectified and the thing I liked the most was the fast response to emails and also I really liked that they looked at my statements and made a decision on my outgoings to see that it was affordable this is so much better than getting a no from a computer they took the time to look and make a decision rare these days I would recommend them there sustainer service was really good
