Unable to open a new Fixed Rate Savings Account, form concludes showing; OOPs unable to process your account. Then, attempting to contact them by email by message; UNABLE to activate the "send" button? wasting a considerable amount of my time....

Not Impressed. Attempted to open a fixed rate bond advertised on their website three times over three days only to be informed "Oops, something went wrong" when I submitted each completed application. I rang them to be told the account had reached its allocation and had been withdrawn. I notice that the account was still being advertised on their website five days later. Wouldn't it be simpler for all concerned for them to remove pulled accounts from their website?

JN have the best 3 and 5 year interest rates at this point (24/10/23). The account was easy to set up and you can fund the account yourself rather than wait days to have it transferred from your account. The account sort code and account number were provided instantly and the process took minutes.

Would have been 5 stars but the online application process is a bit clunky. Couple of tries before getting a completion.
