"JN Bank misplaces $XX,000.00 and is unresponsive to return money"
My experience of JN Bank is not good.
I succesfully funded a new savings account with two deposits of $XX,000.00 but the largest deposit of $XX,000.00 made from the same nominated account as misplaced. It is now approaching six weeks since I have been without a large sum of money.
The customer service team @JNBank are unable to get an acknowledgement out of the relevant department and despite HSBC bank contacting JN Bank to recall the missing funds every three days, on the banking system's secure SWIFT messaging system, not a single reply has been received.
This is very odd behaviour and one I feel is careless, ignorant and possibly wreckless.
From my recent experience with JN Bank I could not recommend them.

They have now changes to security system to jn bank in Jamaica which does work for uk users. I waiting on the phone for 39 minutes
When I spoken to the telephone representative she was not helping at all. I explain I have a very important bill to pay today and she told me I have to wait for 5 working, I ask to speak to a manager who may able to assist me and she keeps repeating herself and then hung the phone up.
Very unprofessional and I will be moving my accounts and business away from JN Bank

Fixed Term Savings account quick and easy to open.

Spent about 20 mins researching bank then decided to open an account for the 3 year fixed at 5.9%.
Online application failed twice at the final step giving a phone nunber. Tried to call that numerous times between 2.30pm and 3.10pm, only to get a message stating the contact centre is only open 2pm to 8pm, daily, then cut me off.
Complete waste of my time.

Easy to open an account and able to deposit money straight away using their sort and account codes.

Not open until 2pm UK time. Waited 20 minutes on the phone to speak to someone. Repeatedly told that my call would be answered in 2 minutes. It wasn't!

Iv requested a call back twice now and heard nothing. They take forever to get through on the phone only to be told that nobody was available to talk to me. Iv been promised yet another call back. This is shocking customer service.
