I can never login account gets blocked all the time . I know my password is correct and each time I login it's wrong .reset it and next time it will be wrong again .

Are a huge joke.
We closed my wife's bank account in JAn 2021.
Despite repeated emails saying the account is closed they still insist in sending updates on the interest rate of her account.
Surely they must realise that an account with £0.00 in it for 2½ years, zero transactions and several emails to customer services means the account is CLOSED
Update :14-Jul-23: Very impressed, they came back to us quickly, explained where the confusion had occurred, and resolved it quickly. The residual funds in the account (due to 2½ years interest) was paid into our linked account within 24 hours (MUCH better than many who can drag this settlement out for ages).
Were their rate to become top of the ranks I'd possibly give them another consderation
