Customer service response wasn’t bad. Unfortunately, I bought covers which were out of stock and didn’t know this. It took several weeks to receive covers :(. Covers fitment on 24’rav4 prime is mediocre. Drivers sitting part cover doesn’t fit properly :(. Quality for the price satisfactory.

The cover came in as a beautiful color that complimented the car perfectly. Previously had Cover King covers for my previous Prius, but these were easier to put on at 1/3 of the cost. Quality feels great and instructions were helpful. It even came with a tucking tool which was used throughout the process. Once spending some time to figure out how to put on the first piece, the rest of the process became easier. Would recommend this company and use again if needing car covers

But I eventually was given updates after 8 days of waiting for one and received everything I ordered and he was very understanding of my concerns. This place is legit and the quality of the seat covers are top tier really nice

Unfortunately, the covers do not fit the vehicle for which they were ordered (2025 Hyundai Tuscon SEL). Had I been able to attach the straps successfully, I do think the covers would have been a good fit.

I bought covers for my 2017 Chevy Silverado. They installed easily, and fit and look great. Their support team is fantastic. My truck has an unusual rear bench seat, and Sunny from Customer Service was extremely helpful and friendly. His response time was very fast and he figured out the design I need and actually had a replacement cover made at the factory and shipped to me very quickly. A great value and great service. I couldn't be happier.
