My mother purchased seat covers on December 10th and unfortunately we ended up totaling the car that they were intended for. We have been TRYING AND TRYING to get someone on customer support to make the return and we are getting ignored left and right. Please make this right EKR COVER.

They keep the word. We had some miscommunication which is normal making an order overseas. But right parts was sent on the Ekrcover cost. The seat covers themselves are good and it's worth to spend time installing them properly. YouTube helps.

The covers fit like a glove on my 2024 tacoma off road. This is what drove me to buy these covers, since I wanted something that would look flush and feel flush. Especially the headrest, so many covers out there looked so tacky when it came to the headrest. These adrdress both my concerns and for a reasonable price. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is because the cover for the driver side has a small tear or a part of that back pocket that is detached. Might need to ask my wife to sow that part together. Also the time they took to arrive. That took a long time.


** 1/19/25 Update on my review. They addressed my concern about the tear on the driver side back pocket. They sent me a replacement free of charge and it go here sooner than expected. Really loving these car seat covers. They give my truck that sporty look in the inside. They look like they belong and you really can't tell they are seat covers, unless you are looking at every nook and cranny**
