" Air Mattress 64417ED…"

Bought a double Air Mattress 64417ED via Amazon on June 29 2023. The mattress bent and became curved shape even fully inflated after a few months. It caused me back pain and I don't dare to sleep on it now. I am trying to claim the one year warranty via online customer service but the service agent responded that they can only help customers from US and Canada. They said they have passed my email to other department to assist. Almost a month now but still no response. Don't purchase air mattress from Intex as the quality of the product is very bad and it is not what it said and the warranty is useless.

I purchased the (INTEX 28431EP PureSpa Plus Bubble Massage) The visuals of the Intex spa is what I expected, although, it’s recommended to stay highly wary of the quality internally, in my case my control motor gave out within 2 weeks of ownership. (The temp outside was on average 70 degrees Fahrenheit with no rain or unexpected weather conditions effecting the hot tub in any manor. I got the water Immediately tested before use of chemicals or submerging. I added chemicals as recommended by Intex and the local hot tub store to get pH adjusted to manufacturers recommended levels). In regards to this unfortunate situation intex said I qualified for a warranty motor. Unfortunately It took an estimated five times of reaching out directly to Intex and through the third-party seller I purchased it from (Amazon) to even get this news about the warranty product. (Once Intex has been contacted through Amazon, you have to wait an additional 2-3 business days at minimum for a “supposed” response from Intex. If you can make contact with Intex, (you will be required to fill out 3+ forms with 2- 3 business days in between each and every form in order to receive the next forms required. On your third form, you’ll have to insert images of your receipt (MAKE SURE YOU CAN SEE THE FINEST DETAILS, THEY WILL SEND THEM BACK COUPLED WITH 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE YOU RECEIVE the form back and another 2-3 for them to receive it again). Once you finally Break away from this ludicrous companies vices, you will finally receive a new warranty part in another month or so.

Don’t be misled by the companies graceful reviews hope this helps🫱🏼‍🫲🏽.

"Beware Of This Company"

I purchased a Intex inflatable hot tub 6 person purspa in 2022, which cost around $700. The pump has failed and this company does not even offer replacement parts for their products, so customers who purchase their products are simply just out of luck and and out of $700+. This is poor customer service. And I would never purchase another item from this company. Beware when you purchase something because if something goes wrong with it you probably will not be able to purchase replacement parts.

Guillermo y los demás tenéis toda la razón del mundo.
El verano pasado note una pérdida de aire por una de las suturas y me interesé por parches de reparación. No hubo forma de lograr una respuesta. Además lo compré en Leroy y ellos también se quitan de enmedio.
Ayer formulé de nuevo consulta sobre los parches porque no sé si sirven sólo para el suelo del spass o si también para las zonas sometidas a presión de inflado y tampoco me han contestado. Deberíamos de formular una denuncia colectiva ante la falta de sostén técnico.

por lo que veo,todas las opiniones que hay son todas parecidas,son unos estafadores,una vez que les compras el producto no sabes mas de ellos,deberiamos hacer una denuncia colectiva a la empresa.
yo les compre un spa,unos 700 euros,llego rapido eso si,pero ahora 3 años despues tengo una averia en el compresor y no hay manera de contactar con ellos,eso si tienes un repuesto que es comprar otro compresor por 350 euros,resumiendo como todos los comentarios,NO COMPREIS INTEX,gracias

"El servicio postventa es pésimo"

El servicio postventa es pésimo, no hay un teléfono de contacto, solamente via internet. Hemos comprado un spa de casi mil euros, no somos capaces de hincharlo de nuevo y se va a romper al desinflarse en menos de un mes, y nadie nos atiende....solo nos piden documentación, fotos.....cuando el problema seguro que se soluciona con una llamada....un desastre!!

"Mala experiencia"

Compre un colchon hinchable en Julio 2023 de matrimonio po 99 € , a la 2 vez de utilizarlo se desinfla de los lados .lo hinflamos y otra vez le pasa lo mismo se desinfla.
He enviado 2 reclamaciones con fotos y a fecha de hoy no me ha contestado nadie.
