"The air mattress is completely…"

The air mattress is completely deflating after just a few uses. I contacted the company 6 times, and every single time, they started from the beginning, asking for the same information that I had already submitted. The last email was the funniest, they told me it is going to get better if I keep using it - THE MATTRESS IS COMPLETELY FLAT AFTER JUST A FEW HOURS. They have no intentions of replacing a mattress under warranty.

"Garbage company"

Garbage company. Garbage customer service. If I could leave "0" stars...I would. Have bought various products over the years...consider myself a good customer. Recently purchased two air mattresses. One was their high-end model...and one was a step below. Both queen sized. One, right out of the box...with a rip in the seam on top. Unrepairable...and they won't replace it. This mattress was for guests...never used...never lasted one night. Leaked out on opposite side of guest. The other mattress leaks and has been filled up over 15 times. Customer service talked down to me like I was a piece of garbage. Condescending, sarcastic and insulting. I told them I had purchased many products over the years and 2 queen sized air beds recently...they didn't care a bit that they would now lose my future business. This company, their products and customer service is horrendous...and absolute worthless company. Don't buy their products...you'll regret it immensely. Bye bye Intex...you are worthless and I will be telling anyone I can.

"Stay away from these crooks"

Stay away from these crooks. I brought a spa and sent it back via Fedex they had someone sign for the return. Its been 5 months and them crooks refuse to give me a refund saying they cant find it. I did not get a refund for the covers. the refunded me for the spa tube but not the covers telling me they cant find it fedex got a signature when they dropped it off. Fedex said they will have to file a claim and they will refund me. they will not file the claims. They ripped me off for $100.00. I reached out to the CEO he dont care. Stay away at all cost

"Second defective air mattress model #66193T"

Yes, correct, what went wrong THIS TIME. Last year, the company had really the least compassionate/caring "customer service???" reps dealing with the issue of a deflating air mattress bought at Walmart, a little over the 90-day warranty expired. Now, from Target, same issue -- alternative to taking a photo of the email from Target with the order number, I could FAX the email to INTEX -- imagine, fax an email instead of forwarding the email. Well, the other thing, while I sleep on the floor at age 75 and being a 2-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee, I have to sleep on the floor, since a replacement cannot be shipped until I cut out the INTEX word on the air mattress and send a 6 inch x 6 inch square from the mattress to INTEX to prove that -- well, let's be honest, to prove that I am not double dipping and just lying to INTEX by saying that this is the second mattress with this problem. The first representative could not even find the model number of the product and said it likely was discontinued, while the second representative said no, the model is still being made. Really well trained first rep!! Other reviews you see are being generous, this company cannot give a hoot about how we customers must sleep on the floor instead of on a bed, let alone an INTEX air mattress (Queen size, 18 inches, with pump). Who is the CEO of this company??? SHAME for making seniors sleep on the floor for at least 7 days until I leave for a brief trip to NYC. Thank you, Richard Jordan

STEER ALL THE WAY CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY. I get why this company's shelve space is ALL THE WAY IN THE VERY BACK OF WALMART STORE. WARRANTED. AND I SEE WHY INTEX PRODUCTS ARE ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK OF WALMART. I purchased airbed. It kept deflating, and it also raises up off the floor when you get up from bed. VERY DANGEROUS AND VERY INFERIOR CRAFTSMANSHIP. CUSTOMER (DIS)SERVICE IS AWFUL. INTEX does NOT refund for their DEFECTIVE products. INTEX doesn't take responsibility. INTEX ducks and dodges accountability and forces you to take back to Walmart which is ou where I purchased the airbed. INTEX EXECUTIVE OFFICE, I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK, $89.18 (includes tax) AND PICK UP YOUR PIECE-OF-JUNK-GARBAGE AIRBED. IT IS USELESS. PUBLIC, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT INTEX CORP. LESSON: When a product is shelved in the very, very back of the store and not on the shelve with other like products, DON'T BUY IT. WE NEEDED BED FOR A GUEST. I CALLED TO REPORT DEFECIVE AIRBED. THE LADY SAYS TO CUT UP THE BED AND WILL PROCESS CLAIM AND WILL TAKE ABOUT 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE REPLACEMENT AIRBED. AGAIN, INTEX REFUSES TO REFUND ME EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED MY RECEIPT. I GAVE INTEX PRODUCT A CHANCE. THE AIRBED IS GARBAGE. INTEX, I DON'T WANT REPLACEENT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Intex Prism frame zwembad gekocht. Na twee jaar het ‘stalen’ frame totaal verrot. 1 jaar garantie, case registeren onmogelijk omdat het zwembad inmiddels 2 jaar oud is. Enige mogelijkheid is weer voor 400 euro een nieuw frame te kopen. Voor een complete aankoop van ruim 1200 euro best substantieel. Tijd voor betere kwaliteit uit Europa ipv deze Chinese kwaliteit, garantie en service.

"Cobertor de piscina desmontable 732 una basura x 366 x132cm"

Estamos 8 de septiembre de 2023. Hace una año que compré una piscina Intex de 732 x 366 x132cm.
El cobertor de la piscina ha durado un año. Ha empezado a rajarse por todos los lados.
Es decir, que tienes que comprar un cobertor cada año que, no debe ser barato. La piscina, lógicamente tiene un año y parece que no ha sufrido nada ppor lo que debe ser un buen material. Ya veremos el año que viene pero, lo del cobertor me parece una estafa monumental. He tenido varias piscinas más pequeñas y los cobertores han durado tanto como las piscina. Por supuesto no voy a comprar el cobertor a Intex. No quiero tener que comprar un cobertor cada año.

Soy también de las que pone una estrella porque no existe la opción CERO ESTRELLAS.
Cometí el error de pensar que era una empresa seria. Realicé una compra el 16 de agosto, por supuesto la cobraron perfectamente, y no he vuelto a saber más . He mandado emails, he escrito en el formulario post-venta (hasta que ya me ha bloqueado), he intentado buscar teléfono operativo (inexistente) y ni tengo producto , ni dinero. IMPOSIBLE CONTACTAR CON ELLOS. Creo que no me va a quedar más opción que DENUNCIARLES.
