Sold me a faulty Coleman air-bed - Wouldn’t hold the air Coleman are a very good quality so they must have known about the issue -Returned it to them after 24 hours-They deducted the postage as though it was my fault shabby company-Avoid !!!

Placed order and payment was taken for a Thule Roof Box only to receive an email stating I had cancelled the order 2days before its expected arrival. Emailed and was told they had cancelled it due to a glitch in their system which had imported incorrect information. They had all of my details to take payment, refund it and contact me. No explanation was given as to what information was incorrect and we were left without a roof box a 2 days before our holiday! Will never use this company again!

The website was easy to find what I was looking for , they arrived very goods arrived very quickly & although one item was broken I sent an email with a picture of the damage & a replacement was sent out .

Ordered a Coleman stove from their website store. Showing as in stock and order processed. No sign of delivery after a week so I emailed them to be told that they had just heard from their "supplier" that it was out of stock! So clearly they didn't have it in stock when ordered and would have had to order it from their "supplier" who I'm sure would have said that they didn't have it in stock either. Why then did it take a week and an email from myself to be told this information. When would they have informed me that I was never going to receive an item that they had sold but never actually had in their possession?

I stumbled upon this website when I googled searched a product. They had the product on offer and I bought it at a fantastic price from them. Sadly for unknown reasons the item wasn’t compatible. UK Camping and Leisure customer service was second to none! They arranged for a replacement (both of us hoping it was a fault). Sadly the replacement didnt work either. They arranged for both items to be collected free of charge and issued a refund.
I was kept up to date throughout. I had a single point of contact (Lois) who was excellent and saved going over things with anyone else.
Although sadly the product didnt work for me I will certainly be a returning customer.
Their prices and customer service are excellent. Exactly how customer service should be. I wish other companies were the same.
