Whilst the actual process of getting the appropriate cover went quite smoothly. I rang to speak to customer services the day after to amend my wife's cover and was not impressed with the experience because I had great difficulty in understanding the person I spoke to who was, I am assuming based somewhere on the Indian Sub-Continent!
