Our operative had a strong accent, so we could not always understand what was being said, which meant we had to ask for repeats. The Yes/no format of the questions was unhelpful in parts - leading to a lengthy discussion among the medically ignorant (all of us, though we knew a bit more) as to how to answer a question as to why a drug was prescribed. While I understand the need for the endless regulatory warnings (to comply with regulation rather than actually inform the applicant), these add to the length of calls - and, from memory, some were even repeated at different stages.
