I ordered the ED medication about 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it.
I ordered a 5 month supply (5) bottles of hair restoration, yesterday I received 2 bottles instead of the 5 like I ordered. I am not pleased at all with this and unless something changes I will let any and everyone know just how unsatisfactory Hims is and advise them not to order anything from your company.

Customer service is horrible. In the middle of online consultation to change the dosing or the medication, here comes your original order on auto renew. You know the one that wasn't working. Zero cares to do the right thing with customer service.

To be honest, there were a few errors concerning my account BUT today, after about 2 minutes of loud and annoying hold music (you really need to change that to something more mellow), I had the please of speaking with a customer service rep who helped me straighten out all the issues. Now I am once again a Happy Hims Customer.

"I bought 8 to try"
I bought 8 to try, month later still not used one! Nor my call, girlfriend wont. So I changed monthly order to every 3 months...in meantime lost wallet and had to get new credit cards...well.my order for monthly came due and I tried to explain I didnt want monthly and would update payment when I needed pills so you wouldnt send and chsrge something I didnt need. It was impossible to get someone to relaize that!!+
