"Website Needs Work"
Satisfied with everything until I had to go to work in Memphis. I simply wanted to change my delivery address to my hotel and couldn't because the site was SOOOO user unfriendly I couldn't change it, After searching off-and-on for 2 days of a way to change it, even looking for YouTube videos on it, I couldn't and cancelled my prescription. I guess I will continue with a site that is more flexible and user-friendly. ALL that kind of stuff should be under "Contact Information." Aaaannnddd...you may as well forget about calling and speaking with an actual person. Not happening!

"The scheduling is a miss so far…"
The scheduling is a miss for two sessions. The doctors did not show up. They ask me to try for a third time. (Third time's the charm?) Maybe Ro is a better alternative with the same prices and less time wasting. There is a chat droning on about some unknown problem with the date of birth. The DOB is clearly visible on the driving licence and recorded during the scheduling, twice. Can I trust them to compound Rx prescribed drugs if they can't figure out the date of birth on the driving license? Did anybody check the quality? Maybe the customer support is covering for "doctors" not showing up, who knows?!
Update: The third appointment was canceled again due to their scheduling issues. This is ridiculous!

So far so good, the help from this app has been tremendous and much more professional compared to KHealth. The psychiatrist prescribed a medication that has worked wonders on my depression and anxiety and I’ve been on 3 other over many years. Thank you Hims!

There's no way to contact support. I literally had to google "hims support" to get an email address because it's nowhere to be found on the site.
Also the second shipment after the first shipment prior to 30 days is deceptive and unclear in the initial ordering process.
