I would like to give negative stars if possible. I lost lot of hair soon after I started taking the tablet. So I contacted the Nurse on hims app. It took more than 48 hours and one email for them to respond. Then they asked what medication I take and what problems I faced. I explained in detail and said I want refund. In response to that Hims sent me a link on how to dispose off medication. Abosolutely no help. Billed for all 5 months insted of per month. I want a refund for four months of medication/
