When looking for a solicitor I spent a while looking through reviews. The majority of solicitors either have 5 star or 1 star reviews. So if your move goes smoothly it’s a great review, if it doesn’t it’s a poor review. There are many factors when moving house and normally there are things that are unforeseen, this doesn’t mean it’s the solicitors fault!
My solicitor Joe and his assistant Samantha have been amazing through the whole process (even though we had two buyers pull out). Their communication is spot on, response times to any questions or queries I had were answered clearly and promptly.
My move has been difficult from the start but I’ve had no worries and full confidence in Joe and Sam the whole way. I would highly recommend to friends and family and if I ever move again they will be my first choice.

I'd been a bit sceptical about using an online company rather than a local solicitor but am very pleased with the service I received and managed to save a few hundred pounds in the process too.

Lois and Claudia (with some input from Evie) kept me updated throughout what should have been a very simple sale with a cash buyer but which became rather protracted. I'm sure they must have been just as frustrated but none of this came across in my interactions with them
