Great service from start to finish from our advisor Lee. We were nervous about getting finance as its been some time but having been honest about our budget and the need for a certain type of car we were given our best options. Really pleased with our new car and the service from Lee at Autozone.

At first the sales woman kerrie was very helpful when finding me a car and pushing the sale through, upon asking details about the car and asking for a test drive I was told that all of their cars are at the highest standard and to “take a leap of faith” into getting the car.
I explained I had children that would be in the same car but had no reply when expressing my concerns and asking the question as to when the mot would be done.

Very pushy with the sale and I feel a lot of vulnerable people would sign up before the mot is even completed.
Friend phoned about the same car and was told “I have an awkward customer who wants things I can’t give him right now, but come down Thursday and I will do you a good deal on it” even though I hadn’t actually said “I don’t want this car”!!!

Awful experience! Went to the complaints department too.

The reviews speak for themselves many bad reviews to the good ones, I will wait for the “generic” response!!
