"Barnsley Branch"

Barnsley Branch, Luke, you were fantastic! From start to finish, everything was taken care of. Very professional, every question/query was answered very quickly. The process was very easy and straightforward, why didn’t I come to these sooner! The show room is amazing, the experience was very nice, even the kids had a nice time in the children’s area! Thank you also to Jayon, this process wouldn’t have started without you, this made the next steps and mind put at ease, to continue the purchase of my new car. Highly recommend these guys and the company. Very happy customer!

"Not really having best experience my…"

Not really having best experience my husband was told he would have our car last week then Friday no communication at all Rude! Then was told wrong parts deliverd then today said will be ready rang got told person he needs is busy will call him bk still asnt one excuse after another told my husband if it isnt ready today we aren't having it its taking the piss we've kids to get around and work they answer you when they feel like it ignore u when it suits and have excuse after excuse really professional

If i could rate 0 stars I would. Don't have enough time to write from start to end but stay clear. Bought a car from here.
Day 1 of having the car . The car was broken. Dashboard was like a Christmas tree. Garage didn't want to know. Was told a pack of lies about 1 attempt to repair etc... was returned back to this dealership 3 times. Still got nowhere.
Had to move to the ombudsman 1 year later. (Not forgetting the car was broke from day 1.) Would not drive. The ombudsman arranged reports and eventually got money back. Be aware when this happens because if the dealership takes the car back at the end, they will say it has more problems than when they sold it to you so tried to deduct money for that. Even tho they made the damages. BETH from after sales, well what can I say about her.. don't think I can on here. Long story short. DO NOT BUY FROM THE COWBOYS!! Would rather not have a car. If any evidence is needed to publish this post then please just ask. Lewis was the sales person. He was lovely and helpful. Untill they had your money then it was like he had disappeared. *******KEEP CLEAR******** message to Beth, so sorry you lost the case. I asked for a resolution to save it going as for as it did. I guess in the end I got the last laugh. Just like you made a fool out of me. Now you have a broken car and the dealership is thousands of pounds out of pocket 😀 hope you learn something from this and if a custmer Comes across a problem. Help them. Don't fob them off. Yet again A BIG FAT THANKS FOR BETH HA

"Useless"

Useless, applied for finance on a car, that car sold, then told they haven’t got any tesla’s, then told they don’t have any mustangs.

Immediately after I got a text saying the following:

Can't find the car you're looking for? No problem! Our team have access to over 4000 vehicles and can source any car specifically for you! Simply reply to this message letting us know what you like, and Autozone will do the rest.

So, whoever helped me either couldn’t be bothered, or the promises of sourcing any car is just total lie

EDIT TO REPLY: I am not going to email you, as that just wastes more of my time, your team let me down, your marketing is non stop spam. this review is a genuine experience from a customer

EDIT TO REPLY 2: So even though you couldn't find any details that attached this review to me, you have concluded that I needed a sub prime lender. My application went to you for over 15k on an electric vehicle.
