In reference to my recent automotive concerns, I had initially owned a vehicle for a period of several months before taking it to a different garage for servicing and an MOT inspection. Unfortunately, after driving approximately 80 miles, the car engine experienced a catastrophic failure.
Subsequently, I engaged in numerous email correspondences with Beth, the customer service representative, regarding the issue. While the extended warranty did not cover the damages incurred, I must commend the exceptional level of support and commitment demonstrated by Beth in attempting to resolve the matter.
After carefully considering my options, I ultimately decided to return the vehicle to the finance company. Subsequently, I acquired a new car from Autozone, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dillan for his diligent efforts in facilitating this transaction.
Throughout my interactions with Autozone, I have consistently received outstanding service. Even in instances where the fault may have originated from a third party, the team has consistently demonstrated a remarkable commitment to providing assistance. In this particular case, their efforts were instrumental in ensuring a prompt resolution, allowing me to resume my daily commute without further disruptions.

Never buy a car from this set up ! Cars are way over priced and they virtually make you feel worthless and forced to take the car as I was told I was lucky to get finance ! The car was over priced by over £2475 and it’s been involved in an accident , pressure selling and just the worst decision I took ! Tried to return the car to be told I couldn’t unless I paid them and I’d be out of pocket ? I’m looking at a car now that is worth £3000 trade in when I owe over £8500 , if your able to get finance shop around and don’t trust these clown ! Worst thing was I didn’t want this car but was told that’s all I was getting so I should be grateful
So don’t buy or even enquire with them as all there cars are auction buys and paid probably 2k for mine and got charged 10k

On the face of things Autozone appeared trustworthy and helpful but this is miles from the truth.
I travelled from Edinburgh over 200 miles to collect a car from the Barnsley branch. On arrival the car looked OK but after walking round I noticed a few issues. Firstly the quarter panel had been badly repaired and was showing signs of rust and the sill trim under the panel wasn't fitted properly, when I raised this to staff they didn't seem bothered so I decided to check over the whole car and realised that it wasn't as described. The tailgate rams were stiff and I struggled to close it. The inside of the car had an overwhelming smell of paint. I spoke to various different people within the showroom but nobody was bothered and all they kept saying was "it's an 11 year old car" like that solves the problem.. I was getting frustrated as nobody within the business actually cared about the problems that i raised so THEY decided that they didn't want to do business with me and cancelled the agreement. So it was a 440 miles round trip for nothing.
They said that they would wind down the finance and told me it would take 5 working days to be resolved. 5 working days came and left but in the end it took 3 weeks to fix. I called them almost every day and was told lie after lie from every single person that I spoke to apart from the Business Manager Mike, he was the only person that done what he said he was going to do.
Be very wary of the car that you are buying from these people as the don't tell the truth...

Yet again you have completely missed the point here. None of your staff members seemed bothered about the issues raised. I am not naive to the fact that a used car will have some age related marks but this car had multiple problems that weren't dealt with properly. My frustrations were a direct result of your staff's complete lack of empathy and acknowledgement to the cars condition.
Also no response as to why it took Autozone 3 weeks to wind down the finance when you told us it would take 5 working days? You kept blaming the finance company, but we were in regular contact with them. They told us that you hadn't contacted them since 6th of August even although every single Autozone staff member that we spoke to said you were waiting on the finance company sending you a transfer link... More lies.. The finance company sent you everything on the first day.
Lesson learned though.... Don't deal with cowboys that constantly tell lies and try to cover up issues or hope that you don't notice.
