I had confirmed a car and payed the deposit , the lady i was working with seemed very cooperative until she decided to mess me about for the second time. I handled all the paperwork for the 1st car but it was deemed unsafe for road use , she was apologetic but insisted on finding me a new car so i kept hope and trusted she would do her job. She then offered me another car and we went through the paperwork again signed all the agreements needed for the finance and payed the deposit, as it was bank holiday i gave her 2 weeks before i contacted her again. she then told me again the car couldn’t be sold to me as it has been deemed unsafe as issues with the gearbox , they have truly messed me about and i am still waiting for a message back after asking for my deposit back!! completely unhappy as she seriously messed me around and lve had nothing but bad experiences with AUTOZONE UK.

having bought a few 2nd hand cars i know all about pushy salesman. the experience i had at autozone was one of friendly non pushy salesman, it was Liam i dealt with and he found a car perfect for me, the monthly payments are affordably and i would highly recommend them for used cars. the whole process was quick had hassle free. After having the car for for weeks i had a small problem with the wiper motor, i took the car in and as no courtesy car was available they kindly gave me a lift home. The car was fixed, washed and polished and totally hassle free

Bought a car Almost 3 weeks ago now. Have contacted them about problems with the car and they seem to ignore my emails. It comes with 3 months warranty. So I guess your waiting 3 months to contact me
