My experience with autozone has been fantastic from start to finish, Jayon was really helpful throughout the sale of my car and Luke has been brilliant as my aftercare advisor, keeping me up to date on my cars progress before being ready. Luke explained everything in full, made sure my car had fuel in for my drive back to Newcastle and was an all round lovely lad, extremely polite and friendly! Thanks lads! 10/10 would reccomend x

Bought a car 4 days ago, clutch is sticking already and engine management light is on, spent 5 hours trying to speak to someone to be told nobody is available and essentially sit and wait with a car I cannot move, if things improve will re review but as it stands it's awful service and nobody seems very surprised when telling the people who answer the phone my car has faults after just a few days which is a bit worrying,

Have since spoken to someone who has said I can have the car diagnosed at a local garage and speak to them again about what's next, hoping we can get resolved and will update review accordingly.

Great experience with autozone Jay was brilliant from the get go went above and beyond to find me a car I liked we got there in the end thanks Jay also would like to thank Luke too he was great when I went to pick the car up he also put some fuel in car aswell great experience all round and thank you for everything will definitely be using them again in the future
