I had a very disappointing experience with AutoZone I purchased a car through online and phone calls and put down a deposit After 3 to 5 days I saw the documents before signing and noticed misinformation along with hidden prices When I called them about it they told me I had agreed anyway I mentioned that I wanted to cancel as I had 14 days to do so according to the document The sales manager Liam informed me that I was not entitled to a cancellation and said we had to wait for the finance department to cancel When I spoke with the finance team they said my application was closed and advised me to ask the dealership to refund my deposit However when I called back they said it would take a long time to get my refund Overall my experience with AutoZone was terrible I strongly advise avoiding this company and not providing them with your personal details

After a bad experience with another dealership, I was sceptical but needed a car, and not having a great credit score I went to see these guys. Shaun was absolutely fantastic, we told him what we could afford and what we wanted and found us the perfect deal, when we went to pick it up the following day, we hit a few bumps, as it was a Sunday Dylan the sales manager was an absolute gem and stayed behind to make sure we got our car, we drove out of there just before 4:30pm...Fab set of guys and would highly recommend them to anyone

The easiest and best company I've used to get a car! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Aaron was my sales guy and he's honestly the best car salesman I've dealt with. Didn't try and sell my all the crap and made sure I was always happy and informed.

Selling cars with dodgy mots, refuse to take the car back.... Don't honour warranty avoid like the plague

Edit: Had a mobile mechanic out to look at it today, the oil sump wasn't sealed correctly - he confirmed for me that there's no way this wasn't present at the time of M.O.T (28/08/2024) and that this would've been a problem which gradually got worse, MOT stated 0 advisories, on route to pick it up on the 5th sales guy called me to say I couldn't pick it up and that the alloys we're cracked, I questioned it on the basis cracked alloys are MOT failure, they told me they'd cracked them after trying to drill them out to refurb them - I never really bought this excuse but accepted it - Doesn't really make sense why they'd be refurbing my alloys the day I am coming to pick the car up - this car made it 13 days before biting dust, 46K miles, 0 advisories MOT.

Will update this if it gets resolved - But as of right now? it's been a nightmare.

"New wheels"

Had been looking for a new car for a while and I passed by the Barnsley branch. Turned around and had a good look at their stock. They have some beautiful cars there and I fell in love with a nissan trail. Thinking it was way out of my budget was pleasantly surprised to find out I could afford it. The salesman Aaron was great explained every step of the process , but all the staff were very friendly. After a test drive the deal was struck. Didn't take any longer then I expected, usual paperwork etc. I drove away in my new car very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend anyone to go and see if they can get their new set of wheels from autozone Barnsley
