Great customer service and prompt ordering and delivery. I needed to replace a mattress for the snuzpod 1 and it was impossible to find in the US. Luckily ababy.com was able to custom make a safe, properly sized mattress. I ordered over the phone and the customer service was on point!

The product selection, availability and fulfillment was great. The simple reason for 4 Stars and not 5 is that they stated the order would ship in 2 shipments and therefore charged me twice the amount for Shipping and Handling then shipped the order all in one box. In my opinion, I was therefore overcharged.
