Amazing shop! I bought SALOMON ADV SKIN 12 SET 2021 BACKPACK and the parcel was despatched same day! The day after it arrived at my doorstep 😁 Unfortunately I’ve purchased the wrong size, but after contacting customer service and returning original product, the replacement was sent to me immediately and out of charge. New vest arrived next day.
I highly recommend this shop, as it has large variety of products to choose from. Next day delivery and super friendly and efficient staff it’s another benefit! My product arrived in environmentally friendly packaging which is really important to me- just a little bit to save the planet 😉 I’m super satisfied and will totally buy from this shop in the future!

I'm UK based and ordered a pair of Inov8 Terraultra's which are an excellent shoe for trail and road. They arrived within the time frame described at checkout and were in perfect condition on arrival. Absolutely no complaints from me. I am not a robot - BLACK LIVES MATTER.

"Unhelpful to new runners"

I'm new to ultra running and these guys were really unhelpful when asking for the best type of shoes. On top of this, refunding was drawn out and made more difficult than necessary.

Reply: But I had already answered all the questions and shown you the email chain below which had the answers on. You just couldn't be bothered to go through it.. Which is a shame as the first person I spoke to, Suzanne, was incredibly helpful.

Reply to Ultramarathons edited response: Keith only asked the same questions that had already been answered. I was looking for advice on which shoes to get as I had already explained;
1) This was my first Ultra
2) The Invo-8 was not suitable for my road running
3) Ground type would be both road and trail (canal paths and woodland).
4) I would be covering 100km
5) I had previously used Nike Flyknit (which is looking like a pretty good option now haha)

I'm happy to keep adding edits as you change your response.

Edit 3: I have just received an email from Trustpilot asking me for proof that I am a genuine customer or they will take down this review! Who knows how many other reviews this company has tried to censor..

Really impressed with Ultramarathon. I ordered a pair of Men's Hoka SPEEDGOAT 4 Shoes - I found them to be the most competitive on price but I was equally impressed with their efficient and friendly service. My shoes arrived promptly a day after I ordered them.

I realised these shoes were too small so returned the shoes for a refund and in the meantime bought a pair in the larger size. I was extremely pleased with the speed and professionalism of the team at Ultramarathon - I received regular updates on the refund and my new shoes arrived in under 24 hours. The shoes are great too. All round, I couldn't fault them. Thank you.
