I wanted some new remotes for a 10 year old door. It was not a simple solution. Gateremotes initially sent me two remotes but they didn’t work. The customer service rep researched the issue further. Found a solution and refunded the cost of the first remotes sent to me. This was all over a 3 months period. I was impressed that they kept communicating until I was happy with the solution.
