I ordered a garage remote, followed the instructions but could not get it to pair with the old remote, despite having a really helpful video and written instructions. I telephoned, got answered straight away by Lauren, who then could answer my questions without passing me on. She talked me through what I had already tried and then decide I'd have to pair it directly with the motor. She identified the motor as being a new one (it had been replaced about 6 months ago) and said she'd Email further instructions which arrived immediately. They were very helpful too and I successfully paired the remote with the motor.
It makes such a change to phone a company and get an answer from someone straight away. Even better when that the person knows about their products. Even better still when they are happy to talk things through!

"Good experience with Gate Remotes"
I was recommended to contact Gate Remotes by another company who were unable to provide me with a replacement remote garage door opening fob. Gate Remotes were able to provide a suitable fob within 48 hours, but then the problem arose on programming the new fob whilst allowing the old one to work as well. The instructions provided were good, but it needed someone with experience to assist me with applying them to my situation.
Lauren from their Customer Service team was just that person and she spent a great deal of time on the telephone making sure that both my fobs worked satisfactorily. Without her patience and persistence I would not have been able to get both working. She was the epitome of what Customer Service should be. She is a credit to her organisation.
