"Total Scam: Purchased their theme 2 weeks ago and…"
Purchased their theme 2 weeks ago and still do not have it. Luckily I always use a payment source like Paypal or Affirm that is customer friendly and have a dispute in with them to hold/stop the payment.
I have been in contact with a Nicolas Rincon support agent and I have asked to have him send the files, he claims he has a couple of times but nothing has arrived and I am monitoring spam and inbox and built a filter to route any incoming email from them to a specified folder and whitelisted them away from spam/junk.
Literally will respond to the guys email within 30min and say... send now I am waiting and nothing.
At this point I would say these guys are a total scam and will be telling the payment source to just stop and refund the payment.

Be careful with this company, they will bill you with an unusual amount at times and when you chase them they will show you a technical error on their part and force you to pay. Also, their campaign will not bring you enough revenue to cover their cost and sucks your capital.

"Support was horrible"
Support was horrible. I opted for the "install in 3-days" with a "7-day audit".....it cost an additional $700 over the theme costs. DONT DO IT! The support was lousy, and the communication is lacking severely. The 3-day turn around took about 3-weeks. Maybe the theme is good....but don't waste your money on them doing it for you.

I purchased this theme and received an email confirmation thanking me for my purchase. When I followed the link to the theme download and logged in it says I don’t have a license or any active support. After sending several messages to their support and receiving no response after several days I requested a refund, still waiting with no response.

Abysmal theme and woeful customer support. Multiple technical problems and excruciatingly slow. Have requested a refund multiple times but to no avail. Please do yourself a favour and buy a different theme.

"Don't waste your time or money"
Don't waste your time or money. So many better options. This theme is horrible. It's slow, the documentation is outdated and lacking, the admin configuration settings are not user friendly at all, the settings are so horrible you can't tell what you're enabling or disabling until you change it and save it to view it on the frontend. Even then, they don't work. As soon as support told me to add css to hide content, I knew it was time to use another theme. The support is horrible, the theme is full of errors and simple things don't work, like the add to cart button on mobile... really? Support requests access but then they don't do anything for a month.
The devs tried to blame it on apps. Only app installed was the Shopify reviews app. If that breaks your add to cart, that tells you how bad the theme is designed. The theme also doesn't work with the default shopify search and discovery app so you can't use filters on your store (you can use tags as filters, that's clanky). Ecommerce stores need filters.
