"Horrible return process"

1. No retoursticker in the box. Don’t have a printer at home so had to go to a print shop.
2. Only uses DPD which is a horrible transport agent. Not able to choose your agent. Happy to pay the difference of the agent.
3. Takes weeks to process the return and get my money back.
Like the brand but will not buy from them directly anymore.

Pakket is kwijt. Niemand weet waar m'n bestelling blijft. 8x gebeld met Filling pieces, 8x gebeld met Budbee. Klantenservice filling pieces neemt alles behalve z'n verantwoordelijkheid en komt afspraken niet na. Waardeloze klantenservice en heeft me te veel tijd + geld gekost. Ik bestel er nooit meer
