Ordered shoes here with Black Friday deals. After a week I still didn't receive a track and trace email. So I contacted them. It's very busy at the moment, the shoes will arrive a bit later they said. Understandable! Now after 2.5 weeks still no track and trace! I contacted them again because the wedding is in a week and I ordered the shoes for that. It turns out that the shoes are no longer there. Something went wrong in their department store they told me. Now I have chosen shoes of the same price that I didn't like better but because the Black Friday prices are now gone I am forced to take these. So I had to contact them myself otherwise I would have been without shoes on the day of the wedding. I am very upset about this and also that I am now not getting the shoes I wanted! To ease the pain they offer me a 20 EU discount on the next purchase. Because this is in their policy. But I think this is very low for a disappointment of this magnitude. Very unfortunate!!
And I thought the communication that the shoes would not be delivered was very bad!! A brand like filling pieces has left me as a customer very dissatisfied!!
