"Difficult to get followup"
Irresponsible company with bad customer service. Purchased item with promised delivery date of 3 to 5 days. No tracking number followed and contacting Garmentory was very difficult. They have robo text message system that does not provide an answer. Email response, there is nothing they can do, and have no idea the status of shipping. Trying to cancel but can't do that either. Still didn't get answer regarding status of delivery or cancellation. Finally responded saying seller is a small business and they can not get hold of them to find out the status. That is non of my business and it is ridiculous excuse for not sending my purchase. Stick with site that has real customer service who can provide a solution and not just with email responds to tell me they have no idea.

They have a US territory listed as international and are charging international shipping rates.
To be clear, this territory has DOMESTIC shipping rates and is being treated differently than other territories, this is by definition discriminatory.

"Wouldn't allow me to return the hat!"
I ordered a hat. When I received it, the brim was wavy, not straight as shown on the model. I do not believe it was the exact same hat but they said it is. Then they sent instructions how to steam it, etc. I would not touch it. They refused to take it back so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I couldn't believe how rude they were and refusing to take it back.

Website and seller are either super new and don’t know how to use things or it’s a scam. DO NOT use this website. They just want your data. I bought an item and it was cancelled without notice and I didn’t have access to my log in. Super sketchy. Once I mentioned I am writing this review then they want to start apologizing. No thanks.

I would not recommend this website. I ordered to Canada and paid taxes when I placed an order. Later, I was charged the same amount by DHL because they sent my package DDU. So, I paid taxes twice. Support said that it is not their problem...
