"Very poor customer service"
The order was placed for our daughters birthday, 10 days before. The shoes were too tight and when I tried to return them , I was out of the 7 DAY RETURN POLICY. How does a person buy and return a gift within 7 days??? 30 days is reasonable and respectful of the customer. 7 days is only caring about the dollars not the satisfaction of the customers. When I contacted the company I was told that they would expedite the request for a refund. Over 7 DAYS LATER I received an email stating they could not honor our request. She could try and sell them on a marketplace they recommend for up to 70% return.
Meanwhile I had bought a gift for our granddaughter back in May for her summer birthday from Outerknown who has a 30 day window and they allowed me to return it and order the next size ! This is a company I want to do business with.
Never again from Garmentory.

I appreciate that my most coveted brands are on the site. I live in Canada and while the duties can be a bit high, I still find myself ordering from Garmentory as their clothing is higher quality and worth it. If duty wasn't as high, i'd probably shop more on the site. I also find returning items to be a process, so have yet to return items. But all in all Im very happy with my finds on the site.

"Great customer service"
I've shopped at Garmentory for a long time; I've been happy with the quality of the products and the speed of delivery. Earlier this month, I placed two orders just a few minutes apart, including items from the same boutique; only one of them crossed the bar for free shipping. I reached out to the customer service chat provided to ask if the two orders could be combined and the shipping on the second order waived. Customer service responded quickly by email and reached out to the boutique and made it happen. I really appreciated how quickly they made it happen. I do think having an option to edit and add to your order before it's acknowledged by the seller would be a great addition.

Garmentory always has the best selection of indie boutiques to shop from! I love being able to shop local boutiques I might never visit IRL, so basically I’m a super altruistic person…who loves to shop. Also! There was great communication between Garmentory AND the boutique which my needy side Loved!
