"So I ordered a pair of boots"
So I ordered a pair of
Boots in November 2022 through their UPS service. January arrived but my boots never did. I called Garmentory and they said because I did not purchase their additional safety shipping fee, that is a click on the purchase page, my order was lost and couldn’t be found. I said what??? What is this??? Why would I need to pay you additional money when you already charged me for UPS fee? We are now entering February I still have not received my boots and Garmentory said they will not be responsible for the lost shipment because I didn’t buy the additional protection. I made a claim with UPS and they have no record of my lost item. It just disappeared. I mean was it ever shipped? Garmentory said they will give me credit to spend in their store. So do I have buy this extra shipping protection on top of another UPS fee if I want to buy something else? I want a refund I do not want to gamble with this company. They are horrible!!!

Garmentory makes my online shopping experience so enjoyable - the people at Garmentory always replies to my emails super fast, the prices are great, and one time I saw the item I purchased got discounted right after I purchased it and emailed them and they gave me a gap refund so I got the discounted price! That made my day!

"Fabulous designs + fast delivery"
I had a very good experience with this site. I ordered 3 items from two different sellers. One seller, Beklina, sent the items right away, via UPS, this I received in about 2 days. It came direct from the designer. The other seller -- a boutique shop--sent the item (MOTHER jeans) via USPS which took a little longer. Not sure why different sellers use different shipping companies, but I did appreciate the UPS quick delivery. The items were all beautiful and as described. I love the selection of items. Unique, modern, and chic! Thanks Garmentory!

I am so glad I came across Garmentory. I appreciate the designers and variety that they have. It is difficult to find shops that have ethically and sustainable clothes. It is so important to have and support small business/designers. I also enjoy the content they post on Instagram. All in all, I appreciate all the unique clothes, shoes, accessories,etc. Garmentory has prioritized quality over quantity and that to me is very important.

I love that Garmentory gives me access to many independent neighborhood/local stores. I love strolling Brooklyn's streets (where I live) and discovering emerging creators. Garmentory offers the same time 100: a virtual walk among exciting boutiques of fashion, art, and decor. It's also the best tip to get incredible discounts ;-)

One time I returned something late and reached out to customer service asking if they could excuse the lateness and if I could still get a refund and they allowed it. It made me really happy and I continue to shop here because of my great experience!

"Defective goods advertised as "NEW". No quality control. Backstabs customer, BUYER BEWARE"

Buyer beware, this business will backstab you to get your money.
I received a garment neatly folded which looked new, and had a price/brand tag attached at the collar. The item not being to my liking, I decided to return it. Had I known at the time of item reception that the item was defective, I would have filed a complaint.
Shortly after receiving it, I mailed it back to them with the return label they had sent me. They emailed me a few days later to let me know the goods were damaged. I then realized what had happened (that I had received defective goods without knowing it). I clarified that I had received the garment this way, and that the damage must have come from a previous customer or from the merchant they were reselling the item from.
What followed was a chain of emails with various customer representatives, repeating back to me the same textbook message that they are sorry but according to their terms, they cannot refund me for goods that are damaged. They ignored the fact that THEY had sold me those goods damaged!!
I expected the misunderstanding to be promptly resolved. No apology on their part for sending me defective goods, instead they accuse me of having damaged the goods.
Buyer beware, if you buy from this company, do so knowing that you may very well receive defective merchandise, and be charged for it without receiving any replacement item or refund!
