"Bought really great boots from a London boutique"

Bought really great boots from a London boutique. Received them in New York about 3-4 days later.
Great experience because (i) the boots weren't available in NY so they are unique, (ii) ordering and shipping was fast and completely painless, (ii) they are exactly as pictured in the online photo (iv) searching for them on the website was easy and (v) Garmentory advised when they were shipped and when they would be received.

Their return policy is 7 days and you cannot make an exchange for a different size after the 7 days.

"Horrible customer service"

Horrible customer service, I wish I had read this reviews first. I purchased a dress for over $700 and had it express shipped. They took more than a few days to even package the item so it wouldn't get here in time for a wedding. Then, it never showed up. I never received the package.... they were able to track it through UPS and then said that since it was past their return policy they would only issue a credit... huh? I never received it! Such a scam and now I am taking it up with my bank

I recently ordered an item. When the package arrived, it was empty. While frustrating, I can understand how things like this happen occasionally. What made this experience worth 5 stars is that I reached out to customer service and in less than 72 hours, I have a replacement item and a slight refund for the "inconvenience". I don't expect when shopping on line that there will never be a hitch, but it's customer service like this that will keep me coming back.

Terrible return policy - my item arrived late, which made the return window 5 days. I ordered from Canada, paid $$$ in duties, and now I can't return the shoes I bought which fit 1/2 a size small.

"Very helpful staff"

I’m very grateful for my experience with Garmentory. The staff was accommodating and worked collaboratively with the brand and myself to ensure that all parties were satisfied when I had a beloved clog that had a crack in it. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They really went above and beyond. I was a big Garmentory fan, but now I am even more of a fan after my experience. Thanks so much for the kind, emphatic service.

What’s not to love?….Great customer service, love being able to support smaller stores/shops, lots of choices, awesome communication on shipping/order status, and reasonable prices too! Overall, just a great online shopping experience!
