I've had 2 subscriptions with this company and until yesterday it had been a OK experience. I went back to them after getting a pay rise, so that speaks for itself. However, my recent experience over an email exchange because my sea moss went off the day before the expiry date. I know what it's supposed to smell like. It's the first time it's happened and I've bought many jars, so I wasn't to bothered, but did email them to let them know. The email exchange was so frustrating and the last one clearly demonstrated my emails hadn't even been read properly. There are so many sea moss vendors out there I cancelled my subscription. Sadly, it was good experience until something went wrong then they were an absolute headache.
