This is the best brand sea moss I’ve had and I’ve tried a few. I’m very much in to looking after my body, I eat clean and drink a lot of water and green juices. However, when I have my sea moss in the morning I feel amazing, my energy is really high. I usually workout in the gym for 1 hour, when I have sea moss I’m working out for 2-2 an a half hours. I also buy it for my mum who is 69 years old and suffers from a really bad back. She says that Gaia sea moss is the only thing that helps ease the pain. I love this brand, the customer service is so friendly and professional plus the shipping is free.
