"No product, no refund and ignoring my emails"

I've never written a negative review before but felt like I had to with this company.
After ordering their seamoss I was sent a message telling me with an hour notice to be home, I couldn't do this due to it being in the middle of the day and being at work. When I contacted Gaia they told me they wouldn't resend the product or issue me a refund. They decided to keep my money without sending me the item I ordered. They also ignored all my emails and deleted social media comments asking them to get in touch. So disappointed as the company seemed so ethical from their website etc

I am extremely happy with the service provided. Not only did my item arrive on time. But, the company was kind enough to send me two bottles of the 279g (turmeric&ginger sea moss) as they did not have the 380g which I originally purchased.
That's what I call great customer care and service. Will defiantly recommend to others and come back for more purchases.
