"Great product but only 10 days use by"

Have been having this since my order arrived. Doesnt really taste od anything which is great as can easily consume. I have tried this on my skin also and wow the glow afterwards. I would have liked a bit longer on the use by date as states there is 14 days and mine was only 10 so felt as i had to use it up quickly. But overall great product. Im all for the vitamins and minerals

"Extremely disappointed with my order"

Extremely disappointed with my order. Jar of sea moss arrived with the shortest sell by date. 4 scoops later and its expired. I'm sat here with an expired product. Misleading. Will be taking my money elsewhere and investing in a company who clearly display their products and sell by dates correctly. Rip off for a quick buck. Make your products clear and precise.

Would absolutely not recommend. I received the smaller sized jar on the 11th, went to use it this morning to find out it had gone off on the 25th. When I approached the company about it I got a snarky response about how they they say it needs to be consumed within 14 days. Even the small size is quite large. And if you want to find that information it’s buried in paragraphs of literature. Consumers can easily miss it, like I did. They also said that it’s included on their Instagram page, but like consumers are going to actively seek that kind of information “just incase” on the off chance their product may go off??? But when I checked it’s included in a highlight that’s seven highlights down. Your telling me they have enough time to update their TrustPilot reviews but not their product information regularly?
Also for the size of the jar compared to the time you have to use it, I find it expensive and tbh a complete rip off. Find yourself a company who takes the time to be forth coming with information that may effect your purchase. I’m now out of pocket with a jar of sea moss I can’t even use. Don’t expect them to care. Massive rip off

I bought the 2kg raw seamoss and this is the freshest raw seamoss I've received! It's still moist and such great quality!
I love the products and I've been taking seamoss for 3 months now and I feel amazing, skin is also naturally glowy!

The sea moss gel was great! Although it started smelling fishy a few days before the use by date so I stopped using it a bit earlier just incase, new to using sea moss (:
