Bought when we were in Florence and 2 years later the belt buckle broke. Reached out to let them know that I was disappointed in the quality. I was not expecting anything, but Giuliano reached out and was going to fix the belt, however being in australia they decided to send a replacement. Would definitely go back as well as recommend. It is refreshing knowing that they will fix something if it breaks, not tell you to get rid of it. Thanks Giuliano for turning this experience around ⭐️

The two Benheart one-sized fits all pull over hoddies I received for Valentine's Day, are perfect for the cold temperatures here in Oklahoma. They both pair well with jeans or leggings. The material is so unique, comfortable & well made.

"Problema a cerniera"

Ho avuto un problema alla cerniera di una loro calzatura che uso da diversi anni e li ho contattati sul sito per sapere cosa potessi fare, già pensando di doverle buttare. Invece mi hanno risposto subito offrendosi di effettuare ritiro e riparazione per una modica somma. Spno felice di poterla fare riparare perchè per il resto, pellame, cuciture e suola sono ancora in eccellente stato nonostante, ripeto, un uso frequente e per almeno 6 o piu' anni (non ricordo esattamente)

I needed a few tweaks to what I purchased and Julian, in customer service, helped me greatly determine the appropriate measurements. He had the new product made and shipped quickly and communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process.
