Purchased 2 sofas last year. Overall the sofas are really nice. However, the seats are very poor. Had replacement inners as the original were thin and went out of shape. The replacements are awful. They are uncomfortable and shapeless. The actual seats are really poorly made, they don’t fit correctly, are all different and have cheap, brown plastic zips. The sofas are light grey.
Despite many months of trying to sort this, the issues have still not been resolved. They have told me that if I want new seats, I have to buy them. Totally unacceptable and unhelpful.
I would definitely not recommend this company.
UPDATE:
As I have had no further replies from Distinctive Chesterfields, I have taken the matter to a solicitor and am taking legal action against them with the support of my bank and Section 75 of the Consumer Act.
FURTHER UPDATE:
Provided bank with a report from ‘Furniture Reports’, a total of 21 manufacturing faults were found along with 2 safety issues.
Bank has issued me a full refund and advised me to dispose of sofas.
I can now purchase new sofas from a better more reliable and reputable company.

Overall pleased with the quality style and price.
From order to delivery was quick and efficient.
However after paying extra for feather filled seat cushions we were disappointed to find that they sagged and were uncomfortable.
After speaking to Olivia and sending requested photos many months ago we are still waiting for an update, no contact from this company has been attempted to rectify this problem. Therefore I would not recommend good customer services from Distinctive Chesterfields
