Very impressed. The installation of my new door was perfect. I was expecting to have to do some filling and painting to the plaster around the door but they have done a great job with the finish. No additional work needed. Everything else worked like clockwork (a short wait for the door to be ready after I ordered it, everyone turned up on time to start work, and the surveyor spotted and found solutions to a couple of problems so they weren't an issue on the day the door was fitted)

Excellent service from the knowledgeable salesman in the shop to Jack and Ben who did the installation.
They had to remove our old UPVC bi-folds and install our new aluminium ones. There was hardly any damage caused by this work and any that was caused, they quickly repaired. The glass was cleaned to a sparkle and any mess removed and tidied.

Hadleigh Glass have recently installed a set of french doors with sidelights either side.

The whole experience was excellent. We were kept informed while the doors were built, the guys who installed them were great and even after sales when a very minor issue was picked up by the engineers when they fitted them, the after sales service to replace the wrong part was efficient and again the filter was great.

I am happy to recommend this company. Well done Hadleigh Glass.

Very pleased with our recent installation!
A few tricky problems that are par for the course, we had an odd shaped, fully glazed gable end, were dealt with effectively and efficiently, with careful attention given throughout.
A couple of small points missed at installation were remedied straight away without issue.
All round, excellent, attentive service!

"UPVC Double Glazing"

We had our UPVC double glazing installed by Hadleigh Glass in December 2010 and were very satisfied with the installation. Over the years a small number of faults arose, and Hadleigh Glass have recently carried out remedial work to fix these under our 10 year guarantee. Whilst it initially took some time to acknowledge these faults, the standard of the remedial work carried out and the professionalism of the staff undertaking it have been exemplary.

We have just had a bi-fold door supplied and fitted by Hadleigh Glass. We have been very impressed with all the staff we have dealt with from the initial sales enquiry to the installation team and the customer service on the phone. Everyone has been very polite and professional. They seems to have provided a first class service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommended them. I hope the product is as good as there staff. Only time will tell, but so far the doors look and feel very good quality. Well done all.

Adrian, is the gentleman who comes round if there are any remaining problems. He is professional, honest and reliable. Our windows are now about 5 years old and the handles are beginning to fail.
