I recently had Hadleigh Glass replace all of my windows with their top of the line Aluminium product and I can’t say enough about the company and the product! From the initial conversation with the amiable sales director to consultation and then the fitting…I was highly impressed.
The fitters on site were very friendly, clearly skilled at what they do and they certainly loved a cup of tea or five(!). I might be asking for a discount for the amount of boxes of PG Tips they got through but they were lovely and we had a fantastic overall experience from start to finish

My experience of Hadleigh Glass has been nothing short of fantastic. Having dealt with them for many years I can happily say the service and professionalism is top notch. If your thinking about upgrading windows, doors, bi folds etc then these are the company to use!

I sent this as my final feedback but it was not mentioned in their reply at all. “For feedback, I’m sorry to say that I still do not feel I can recommend Hadleigh Glass. Yes the fitters on site have been friendly and helpful. Yes, delays with brickwork were accommodated, which is common and expected on a new build. Yes, we have almost got everything resolved in the end after the installation started more than 6 months ago. However, there has been far too much time passed, with inconvenience and hassle in many ways, compared to most other contractor’s services that I have used throughout this build. At the moment, I do not have the confidence to use Hadleigh Glass in the future or recommend to others. I spent a lot of money and hopefully time will confirm how good the products are but the service, mainly the lack of good communication between the installation manager and the fitters of what is outstanding etc and several last minute cancellations and no shows of installation, seem to be the main issues that has caused me a lot of unnecessary frustration, delays and wasted time chasing and going over and over what was still outstanding month after month. Even though we spent 45 mins with installation manager and his colleague agreeing and listing the snags, it wasn’t given to the fitters that attended afterwards. So I had to spend time going round, writing the list again. I know there are always snags but so many unavoidable ones like most of the gaskets not being in properly and locks and sliding doors not working properly, the wrong parts fitted on front doors & French doors, months passing before 3 panes of damaged glass were finally replaced, etc etc. Surely many snags could have been avoided. Then the many times afterwards when fitters would be sent without the materials they needed. Worst of all, if I can be direct, maybe I’m wrong but I get the impression that I am supposed to believe that it’s been a fairly acceptable service for Hadleigh Glass. There wasn’t really much recognition of the months and months of hassle its caused me. Not much was done, to try to win my confidence back. Which is a shame because I would rather spend time to give good reviews and feedback and recommend good services to other local people in my network.

I have recently had French doors replaced with windows by Hadleigh Glass and am very pleased with the finished product. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish, the instillation was done to a very high quality, and their customer service has been great. I highly recommend Hadleigh Glass!

"3 months to build a simple conservatory"

A 3 week programme to build a simple conservatory has turned into 3 months. Every time they turn up to resolve the issues they are missing something that will take another 2 week to order.

I feel sorry for the installers because they are not backed by competent management.

Perhaps if Hadleigh Glass spent the time to ensure they had all the necessary parts before they arrive on site then they wouldn't have to return 4 times.
