"Highly Recommend"
Highly recommend, perfect in every way. Great service from start to finish. The team at Hadleigh Glass are all really professional, helpful and friendly and we are very pleased with our new windows and doors. Many thanks to everyone involved in the process.

"Poorly made and terrible installation"
Poorly made products and terrible quality installation.
I had all new windows (11 in total) plus new French doors installed in September ahead of other building works taking place.
The windows installed have an error in the holes made for the vents meaning the supplied vents do not fit properly so are always part open, letting in a draught and let in a lot of outside noise.
Two windows had faulty locks or mechanisms meaning they would not lock or close properly.
The installation was very poor with the ends of frames sticking out when they should be within the recess of the brickwork, damage to bricks and the worst concrete finishing I’ve ever seen with no attempt to get this level with the brick work or even just look vaguely neat.
Because of our other building works which involved scaffolding being up, the company refused to come out and do any further repairs, even fixing the internal vents until our other builders were off site two and a half months later. The company did however insist on the final payment being made even though works were not completed.
We agreed in writing a full list of works outstanding and a date when everything would be completed in order for us to make the final payment, however when it came to the agreed date, the post- installation team claimed to have not been supplied a list of repairs and had to send out a member of staff to do ANOTHER inspection. Repairs were rescheduled for two weeks later as they needed to order the parts again
On what was the fourth visit to try and fix the vents, the staff member in question was unable to do this and had to have a manager come out and look at the windows AGAIN, and another appointment has had to be made to come out and supposedly complete the works.
At this point I wish I had just kept my 20 year old Everest windows and avoided the hassle and draught.

"Bildeston conservatory"
Unfortunately the surveyor did not measure up correctly so the 5-6 day installation was much longer as correctly measured replacement parts took some time to arrive.
The installers were superb and kept us informed of the problems they encountered.
We are very pleased with the end product. It’s well made and all the details attended to.

"Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced !"
The Worst Customer service and aftercare that you could possibly have from a Company.
DENY AND DEFLECT, Original Warranty from Hadleigh Glass was Paid for and Legally Transferred upon purchase of this house, Certificate # 7270123, Expiration date 14 May 2024.
This Company has been doing Business long enough to know which items will fail on their installations. Why do companies as this one Strive to find ways of making clauses in a Warranty that they Know Will Fail, and take extra steps to insure that they get out of helping a customer when they have a problem with their products, that cost Thousands of Pounds?

They denied helping me out with my French Door Hinges that Cost £11.95 each to replace, I had to have another Firm fix this issue for me. If they won't stand behind a £11.95 repair, WOULD YOU REALLY WANT TO PAY THEM THOUSANDS OF POUNDS for your job, now I ask you?

"Great Heritage Doors"
The Heritage doors look absolutely amazing, and all the staff at Hadleigh Glass have been so friendly and helpful - right from the sales to survey to install and service. Communication could have been improved at the install stage, but overall a great job has been done. The attention to detail and making sure everything fitted properly was very reassuring.

"Competitive firm and quick to make and…"
Competitive firm and quick to make and install, small issue with a door which was rectified with speed and care, polite and hardworking team of lads worked non stop, going above and beyond to keep the property clean and any mess to a minimum, have used before on a previous property and would use again and also recommend 👍

"Brilliant experience, highly recommended"
The whole process from sales to design right through to installation and finishing has been exceptional.
First contact with Steve in sales was a great experience - really friendly and helpful.
The survey was quickly arranged and completed with David - design sign off after some amendments was easily achieved.
I had windows and doors installed first and the guys were great - efficient, professional, respectful of property, considerate and tidy.
All of this also applies to the various teams of guys who built, framed, installed, plastered, electrics in my orangery.
It is very easy to speak to someone in the office and they all responded quickly and answered any questions/queries I had.
The final product of windows, door and orangery all look amazing - have had loads of positive comments! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hadleigh Glass to anyone!

"We have had a great experience with…"
We have had a great experience with Hadleigh. Sales to survey to fitting to management follow up. The process to buy was easy. Specifically the fitters have been excellent though and that really makes all the difference. We have had 17 windows, 2 doors and a bifold fitted. To compare with another firm that did 3 bifolds and a front door.....Hadleigh are far far superior in every way.
Very satisfied

"Perfect professionalism from start to finish"
Everything about dealing with Hadleigh Glass has been an absolute pleasure. From the initial pleasure of dealing with Steve Shorten during the sales process, the fair and fast way the invoicing was set out by Claire, and finally the absolutely fantastic fitting process by Dan and Jack who were professional, cheerful, super respectful of our property and who fitted our new bi-fold doors so cleanly and professinally with an amazing finish we were astounded. All those involved with the entire process are a credit to Hadleigh Glass and I can highly recommend them to anyone thinking of improving their home.

"I would give this company no stars if I…"
I would give this company no stars if I could.
They started building a glass extension for us over a year ago.
We have had problem after problem after problem.
Including them ordering the wrong coloured frame for the inside. (Which they built regardless and eventually had to be replaced).
Over a year on this still isn’t a useable space. We have had someone from hadleigh glass out today to look at the side door which has been fitted so badly there is a huge gap- letting the air straight through.
Their communication has been appalling throughout.
We have had several other tradespeople to do finishing touches. They have all commented on the poor quality of the finish.
Every wall is bowed so badly the carpenter struggled to fit skirting boards. The decorator has also quoted extra because of the poor finish on the plastering. He said it was the worst plastering he has ever seen.
At each point of this process things haven’t been done when they were promised. The men have just not turned up on several occasions- no explanation given. Or they have turned up with no warning and expected us to be there- like we don’t work?! I have no clue how a business in the modern world can attempt to operate like this.
I am now wondering how long it will take them to fix the door- and when we’ll finally be able to paint and finish.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Update:
I find it fascinating that someone has taken the time to write a reply on here. Yet this alleged ‘course of action’ hasn’t been given to us. We were promised it by Tuesday- it’s Thursday today- the reply we have received said ‘I’m off today at a funeral tbh’ (professional).
Next step trading standards- our money has been taken and the service we paid for hasn’t been delivered in a timely manner or in a adequate fashion.
