Excellent experience with Focus Camera. Customer support was awesome. They took care of the shipping issue that I had with UPS and catered to my need. They also followed up to make sure I received the order and that everything was ok. I purchased a bundled camera package and it was the best price compared to other offerings. I would definitely purchase again from here. Product arrived in mint conditions and worked as advertised.

I was a little worried with the amount of time it took to bring the package to me, I didn't exactly get any notifications that the package was going to arrive, and then I received an email asking to confirm package delivery. Perhaps putting a tracking number even without an account would be good. Focus Camera is hard to contact being on the East Coast, with me as a customer being on the West Side.
