"VERY BAS SERVICE"

VERY BAD SERVICE. I bought UnManaged DDOS Enterprise VPS and 5 ips for a chat program I manage. Ips did not work I had to open many tickets, to solve the problem. My sb0tchat was under attack, I rewrote tickets and they say they will act but they don't solve anything. Good for charging products but they take forever to reply. BAD BAD SERVICE. Not worthy.

I give it 1 extra star for being cheap, but reliability and customer service is very poor. It is almost as if they have 3 Staff Members..
Why not expand if you are making enough money? Why make the customer wait on services? Best question of all.. Why have a live chat if the people running it don't have a clue on what your situation may be which leads in us having to write a ticket and wait hours to hear that you are looking into the situation and then to wait another few days to get anything accomplished.
I have been with Trenta for just over 8 months and it has been nothing but hell.

Be careful... They will blame you for people that try to hack the vps and mine and crane bitcoin on. My thoughts tbh is that it's them, making side money off people, seeing as I felt as I was to blame.

All in all my business is now on hold AGAIN (for the 8th time)
while I wait days on days for a solution.

They have matured greatly over time and have consistently followed through on their issues.

When issues happen, you're made aware of almost exactly what it is and an ETA.

On maturity; their service availability and reliability has adapted over time and become much stronger.

I have had many experiences with hosting providers. My forum is going on for more than 20 years now. I need reliable hosting and it is here at TrentaHost. I had a great provider before TrentaHost but they turned on me and said my forum was DDOS attacked. Well, they would not provide any protection and their attitude changed considerably after the problem. I was told later on that it was probably not my forum but some other site on the same machine. In any case, TrentaHost provides the much needed protection and all at a competitive rate. The support has been good, sometimes great. There is a little less hand holding but the bottom line is that they are reliable which is the main thing you want.
I would recommend them highly.

So far I have had a great experience with these guys currently 3 months into extensive use of my services and the support department, it has been a learning experience for me, not so much for them lol
Every time I contact support they get back to me and solve my issues for me! Usually I don't have to lift a finger although I'm usually there trying to figure out why the issues occur and they explain them or lead you in the right direction and always just excellent service from these guys
