4:04PM - I placed my order with them expecting instant deployment as that is what is advertised on their site.
4:48PM - I have informed them in a kind manner that I am no longer interested in my order and have found another hosting provider that had similar if not better price and product.
9:23PM - Deployment finally happens and they then say that because it was deployed and activated, I am no longer eligible for a refund. I clearly have informed them before deployment that I would like a refund but they then proceed to deploy and activate anyways. This is both unreasonable and unprofessional of trentahost.
In my second ticket to trentahost, I state that they have a 24 hour money back guarantee policy. They simply state that due to deployment of the server, "as per their norms, no refunds."
So in summary, I inform the company less than an hour after purchase, before deployment to get a simple refund. They deploy my unit hours later and say no refund. They are supposed to have instant deployment and a 24 hour money back guarantee. In this case, no matter how quick you are, the moment you hit that button to pay them, you are not getting it back. I urge all new customers to be aware of this and I am highly disappointed in this kind of practice from a company.
EDIT: With TrentaHost management reaching out, we were able to reach a resolution. It was a miscommunication from one of their support agents that had lead to this escalation. +1 to their management team for providing the full refund and even an additional $20 in future credits if I wish to use their services in the future. Thank you TrentaHost Management

So i was with another host that had endless problems and could even end a ddos attack, spent 4 days with this other host going back and forth and just left and got a full refund of everything i come across Trentahost and did some reading and "Mark" sales guy started to talk to me and I went with them for shared hosting they offer great support and respond pretty good well Mark does anyways. I had a problem with the sharedhosting not showing files on a media center, while other support/sales guy couldnt help i waited for Mark again lol yes this guy is super helpful and he got me setup with a vps where my zip files can be seen in a media center now. I told him was ready to leave and find another host but he said let me try and fix it and my god he did. If want great hosting and help go with them.

Trentahost have been my go to guys for the last 3 years for all Web and VPS services. I rarely have come into any trouble using Trentahost and on the slight occasion something is wrong, their live support team always manages to fix the issue in a timely manner and with professionalism.
