Can someone contact us please? First day of our service and no communication ahead of the day or indeed today. Weather rubbish so we arent expecting anyone, we just need to know please.

I’ve had a lovely sales person round to sign up to the service, and all of the positives are certainly there which make it appealing for me to manage online and skip services if needed.
However, since just joining, I’ve now come away worrying I’ve been scammed? I’ve just tried skipping this months service to give me a chance to cancel current window cleaner, the guy told me it’s really easy but I have tried over and over and there’s no option to skip on the website.
I think the main issue is I signed up and submitted bank details on the spot which I’m massively regretting now. I wish I’d had time to research and sign up in my own time.
Alongside this, the reviews on the App Store are appalling and I’m now wanting to cancel and gain a refund but the phone number is going to voicemail.
This is massively concerning for me!! If I could speak to someone about skipping and managing this I’d perhaps be reassured.

Excellent cleaning job done by Jamie. Tried a few other cleaners in the area and not been happy with the service. Patch also is very informative company keeping you updated as to when the cleaning will be done.
Excellent all round service! I would recommend to anyone looking for a window cleaner.

"I have today cancelled my window…"
I have today cancelled my window cleaner for 2 reason’s having been told that I would be charged £5:40 I have been charged £15 a month and I was told that I was supporting military veterans but that is not the case with my cleaner. I was also told that pausing and cancelling the cleaners was easy and done via the calendar on the app thus service no longer appears to be available Very dishonest company
As you can see i have had a reply from Patch i have to say i am very impressed with the correspondence i have had from them and i have now received a refund. While i have had some of my trust restored i think there is a lot to learn from this and the issue with the military connection was key for me. I accept that the process can take time and i have no issue with that and so being transparent about it should have been the number one priority for Patch instead of leading me to believe i was help out a military vet out. As for the outside agency issue simply following up every booking with a quick phone call, this is what several other organisations that have come to my door do would have sorted this out and made the issue known. i have chosen to update my rating based or my correspondence with Patch since my complaints but i don't know if they have improved their service or not!!!

Never trust a company who make it this difficult to cancel.
You can only cancel over the phone which they don't answer at all, should be illegal. I didn't even want to cancel initially just edit my service slightly, now I'm getting out of this service ASAP and recommend anyone else thinking about signing up with them to reconsider.

Paying £15 a month for:
3 double windows
2 doors
2 single windows
Usually I'm working but I'm off sick at the minute and got an email to say they couldn't clean the back windows as the gate was locked and there was no answer. I've been home all day. I heard the windows being cleaned, no one knocked on my door. I checked the windows and the only 2 windows that had been cleaned were the ones at the front, i only know because they didnt bother to wipe the water off. They had wiped my front door but there was still mud all over it. I have 2 large dogs, I clean the door better myself and no one is paying my £15 to do it! Tried to call the number to cancel the service but had no answer. Waiting a response via email as I sent all the photo evidence. Will not be using this service again and will not br recommending to friends.

Had my windows done for the first time today not very happy i was told the window sills and frames would be done they are still dirty i was home and the guy was literally here 5 mins and just used a long brush connected to a hose pipe not soapy water and a squeezy head as shown on the web site also it has been raining all day and was told by the sales rep that they would not clean windows in the rain very disappointed indeed can not fault communication skills as emailed to notify when they would be cleaned and service was delivered as agreed may try one more time may not
